Guys, I’m finally heading home. Don’t get me wrong—it’s been an incredible three weeks of traveling, exploring, and most importantly, eating. But now, it’s time to get back to my usual routine, and I’m craving this comforting breakfast bake as soon as I land.

For the last few weeks in Asia, I’ve been indulging in dumplings and noodles (delicious, of course!), but there’s something about those classic All-American breakfast flavors that I’ve been missing—especially crispy hash browns. And what better way to dive back in than with an easy, hearty breakfast baked on a single sheet pan?

Honestly, I wouldn’t even mind if you gave me 18 pans to clean afterward. As long as I can have these cheesy, perfectly crisp hash browns the moment I touchdown in Los Angeles, I’m set. Priorities, right?

Let’s get into how to make this Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake so you can enjoy it anytime you want a satisfying, no-fuss breakfast!

How to Make Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake

  1. Preheat Your Oven
Set your oven to 400°F. While it heats up, line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the Hash Browns
Spread your favorite frozen hash browns evenly across the sheet pan. Don’t crowd them—let them have enough space to crisp up nicely. You can mix in some olive oil, salt, and pepper to enhance their flavor, or sprinkle some garlic powder for a little kick.
  3. Add the Bacon and Sausages
Scatter bacon strips and sausage links around the pan, nestling them in between the hash browns. The bacon will cook to crispy perfection, and the sausages will add a delicious savory note to the whole bake.
  4. Crack the Eggs
Once the hash browns and meats have had about 15 minutes in the oven to crisp up, make a few small spaces and crack eggs directly onto the sheet pan. If you prefer a runny yolk, keep an eye on them—about 5-7 minutes should do the trick.
  5. Cheese, Cheese, and More Cheese
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over everything. The cheese will melt into the hash browns, creating that irresistible gooey layer that ties it all together.
  6. Bake Until Golden
Continue baking for another 10-12 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking, the bacon is crispy, and the cheese has melted into golden perfection. The whole thing should smell incredible by now!
  7. Serve and Enjoy
Pull out the sheet pan and let it cool slightly before digging in. The beauty of this dish is that it’s all in one pan—so whether you’re serving yourself or feeding a crowd, it’s as easy as scooping up a hearty portion and diving in!
